Carole
and Parker Stiles founded the Stiles Company, selling water
meters and service meters out of their garage in 1983. How
things have changed from these humble beginnings! After
three moves to progressively larger facilities, they are now
located in a large building in Norwood, Massachusetts. This
facility has over 7,300 square feet of warehouse space and
substantial outside storage.
Comprehensive customer service is the major factor in the
success of our company. We continually strive to exceed
customer's expectations. Some steps we have taken to meet
this goal include a fully computerized materials management
system and a knowledgeable customer oriented staff with a
goal of serving your needs. We are fully prepared to offer a
variety of solutions to our ever changing market.
With a an wide range of
experience between them, the four salespeople,
Andy Bigham, Scott Fitzgerald, Joe
Gillen, and Liz Esielionis currently employed by The Stiles Company
are responsible for market sales in Massachusetts, Maine,
New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Vermont. Each
sales representative has completed extensive training
designed to further their knowledge of Stiles' product lines
- in turn providing the highest levels of operational and
customer service to our clients.
In addition to our experienced and knowledgeable sales
representatives we also employ a full warehouse and office
staff including Sandy Stiles – President, Jilliane Polillio
– Office Manager, Jim Candela - Warehouse Manager, Chris
Johnson - Shipping and Receiving. Our staff is always ready to meet
any and all needs of our customers.
Badger Meter® is our fastest growing product line. We
support the full line of Badger products including ORION®
and ITRON®. We also stock hydrant meters compound, and
turbo meters, as well as several thousand standard bronze
domestic disc meters. Growth has included a need to stock
plastic disc meters being sold for secondary metering
applications. Our in-house stock also includes numerous
items from all of our suppliers, including Ford Brass
Products, Aervoe marking paint and other items, Reed tools,
and so much more. |
